As a Barber Shop, our personal and professional income is based solely upon the barber services provided to you, our clients. As professionals, every effort will be made on our part to treat you professionally. In return, our expectation is that you, the client, will make every effort to be keep your scheduled appointment. While we understand that circumstances may arise that will require a possible cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, the following policies are in place to ensure that we can accommodate all of our valued clients as efficiently and effectively as possible, given the limited amount of available appointments per day.
2-4 hour advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellations. Calling or texting the individual barber is the preferred manner to properly cancel. Each Barber’s phone number is sent to you in the email provided at the time of your booking being approved and also found on the website. Any cancellations in less than 2-4 hours, the client will be charged half of the service missed on top of the next service booked. Two consecutive cancellations in less than the allotted 2-4 hour period will cause a client to lose their online scheduling privileges and we reserve the right to refuse future services to the client. Obviously, we reserve the right to make exceptions based on circumstances.
Failure to completely show up for a scheduled appointment without cancelling, or without first contacting us by way of telephone, text or email, will cause a client to lose their online scheduling privileges and the client will be charged for the full price of that service on top of the next service. Furthermore, We reserve the right to refuse future services to any clients for failure to show up for an appointment without the courtesy of an advanced cancellation notification.
To ensure that we deliver the best possible customer service to our clients, we have allocated the necessary time to complete each service. Arriving on time for your scheduled service insures the proper time necessary for us to comfortably complete your service. We regretfully cannot satisfactorily complete any service if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, and we reserve the right to decline any service to a client who is 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment.
